Welcome to Pneuma Bible School, operated by Pneuma Freedom Experience Ministry. These Terms and Conditions govern your enrollment, access to, and use of our official website christfaculty.org and the student learning portal.
By registering as a student or accessing our materials, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.
📝 1. Student Registration and Accounts
- Account Security: When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dashboard login credentials.
- Unauthorized Use: You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Accounts are non-transferable and may not be shared.
📚 2. Academic Progress and Tracks
- Course Structure: Our programs are structured progressively from Year 1 Certificate up to Year 4 BA Concentrations.
- Completion Requirements: Certificates, Diplomas, and Advanced Diplomas are only issued upon successful completion of all required lessons, modules, and performance assessments within the specific track.

- Tuition Fees: While certain introductory or survey courses are offered for free, specialized modules may require a tuition fee.
- Currency: All financial transactions on the portal are processed in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) or United States Dollars (USD).
- Refund Policy: Fees paid for premium course tracks or digital items are non-refundable unless specified otherwise by the administration during peak promotional sales.
🛡️ 4. Code of Conduct and Ministry Integrity
- Doctrinal Alignment: Pneuma Bible School is a ministry-based training environment focused on scriptural depth and spiritual growth. Students are expected to maintain an attitude of respect, humility, and Christian integrity in online forums or discussions.
- Prohibited Content: Academic dishonesty, plagiarism, harassment of instructors or peers, or the distribution of false doctrines on the student platform will result in immediate suspension or termination of your enrollment.
⚖️ 5. Intellectual Property Rights
- Content Ownership: All digital resources, audio/video lectures, theological teaching notes, surveys, and textbooks uploaded to christfaculty.org are the exclusive intellectual property of Pneuma Bible School and its faculty.
- Limited License: Students are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to download and print study materials solely for their private educational use. Reselling, republishing, or redistributing school materials without written consent is strictly prohibited.
🚫 6. Limitation of Liability
- Portal Availability: Pneuma Bible School strives to maintain 24/7 access to online courses. However, we are not liable for temporary service interruptions caused by server maintenance, local connectivity drops, or host digital upgrades.
- Educational Scope: Our curriculum is designed to equip students with tools for practical ministry service within the church ecosystem. The school makes no guarantees regarding corporate marketplace employment or external secular accreditation.
