COURSE DESCRIPTION:
The Blood Covenant of God with His people has always been an unbreakable covenant. Its eternal strength and value for both God and humanity are clearly demonstrated throughout the Word of God and across the annals of history.
I. RATIONALE:
The importance of the Blood Covenant of God is central to the entire plan of salvation.
II. PREREQUISITES:
None
III. PROGRAM OBJECTIVES AND RELATED SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:
A. Cognitive:
-
To instill faith in God through His covenant as demonstrated throughout Scripture, through the reading of texts, the Bible, and the completion of all assignments.

To understand the content and theology pertaining to the covenant and to trace its relationship from the Old Testament to the New Testament.
B. Performance:
The student will be able to apply the universal principles of the blood covenant to contemporary life in such matters as:
-
Healing for the physical body
-
Healing for the inner person
-
Power to overcome daily circumstances
-
Peace in the midst of storms
-
Confidence and trust in the Promises of God in all circumstances
IV. PREASSESSMENT:
A. The student must write a brief paper on course goals.
V. INSTRUCTIONAL/LEARNING ACTIVITIES:

The textbook(s) must be read in its entirety.

The student will complete the study guide.

The student will write an acceptable 5–7 page term paper (typewritten) on any related topic pertinent to the course.

The student will write detailed teaching notes for each chapter of the textbook.

The student will complete the exam.
VI. SELF-EVALUATION:
A. Reread the self-evaluation and comments by the instructor.
VII. POST ASSESSMENT:
A. The student will reread their brief paper on course goals.
B. The student will complete the course instructor evaluation.
VIII. CORRECTIVE LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES:
A. The student is expected to be in contact with the mentor to clarify any questions they might have.
